| A gem here is "Mountains of the Moon." What to call this song? Psychedelic baroque parlor room music? It certainly occupies a special place in the Dead's discography. It's a delicate little wonder. Thanks for posting the show. |
| So here I am waiting with high anticipation for tomorrow to arrive. You see... tomorrow my daughter, Logan Isabel, will arrive into our world and birng with her all the joy that a proud father could expect. My nerves are "off the charts" right now, so I turned to some "Dark Star" to soothe my soul. Thank you Bilbo for helping me find my senses with this beautiful rendition of "Dark Star". My wife and I agreed on having one of the April '73 versions played during her labor. Here's to Baby Logan! May she have the most "Grateful Life" anyone could ask for! Martin |
